Morning Grace
The morning grace, a tender touch,
Reminds us all, we need not rush.
Take a moment, breathe it in,
Let the day's adventure begin.
Angelplace on Earth
The morning grace, ah, it's a whisper, a sigh, a soft unfolding. Not a blaring alarm, not a frantic grab for the phone, but a tender touch, a gentle nudging of light against eyelids. It's a reminder, isn't it? A soft, insistent nudge that we need not rush. We've built these lives of ours, these intricate, hurried tapestries, and we forget the simple rhythm of the earth, the slow dance of the sun.
"Reminds us all, we need not rush." How often do we truly hear that? Not just hear it, but feel it, the quiet conviction settling in our bones. We've become so accustomed to the sprint, the constant chase, that we've forgotten the art of the stroll, the quiet contemplation of a sunrise. The morning grace is a rebellion against this, a gentle revolution waged in the softest of light.
Think of it: the dew-kissed leaves, the birdsong a delicate symphony, the air itself a cool balm against the skin. It's a sensory feast, if we only allow ourselves to partake. We've become so disconnected, so reliant on screens and schedules, that we've lost touch with the natural world, the very source of our being.
"Take a moment, breathe it in." It's a simple instruction, almost childlike in its purity. But it's profound. To breathe, truly breathe, is to acknowledge our presence in this moment, in this space. To feel the air filling our lungs, to sense the gentle rise and fall of our chest, is to anchor ourselves in the now, to ground ourselves in the present.
And then, "Let the day's adventure begin." Not a frantic scramble, not a desperate lunge towards deadlines, but an adventure. A journey, a meandering path with unexpected turns and hidden treasures. An adventure, not a chore. An exploration, not a task.
The morning grace isn't about productivity, it's about presence. It's about recognizing the beauty in the mundane, the magic in the ordinary. It's about allowing ourselves to be, simply be, without the weight of expectations or the pressure of deadlines. It's about remembering that life is not a race, but a dance, and that the morning grace is the perfect partner for a slow, graceful waltz into the day. It's an invitation, a soft, warm hand extended, inviting us to step into the wonder of it all, one gentle breath at a time.
